New in Vigibase Signal Management for the Oracle Empirica Signal 9.x Release

This topic describes what is new in Vigibase Interactive Signal Management (version 3.0.0.0.100) relative to the prior scripted Vigibase Signal Management (version 1.x).

With Vigibase Interactive Signal Management, you can:

• Manage list of drugs to monitor and signaling terms from within the application rather than externally.
• Initiate a refresh from within the application rather than externally.
• Use newly added alerts.
• Use review periods.

Underlying column names that were similar to AM_N_SINCE_PRIORn are now called AMNEW_N_PRIORn, and Keep Under Review (KUR) events have been renamed as Targeted Medical Events (TMEs).
