29339103 - DME/TME flags not updated after refresh

Before

When you removed an event term from a Designated Medical Events or Targeted Medical Events list and refreshed, the DME/TME flag for the Drug-Event Combination was still YES instead of NULL.

After

When you remove an event term from a Designated Medical Events or Targeted Medical Events list and refresh, the DME/TME flag for the Product-Event Combination is now NULL.
