30467915 - AM 8.2 ETL fails when running Utils.Populate_smqmap_casescore

Before

A character length mismatch between the Oracle Argus Mart Version 8.2 variable total_dose_unit_ve and Oracle Empirica Signal 8.1.1.1 caused initial ETL failure of Argus Mart ETL.

After

The mismatch has been fixed and the sm_product.total_dose_unit_ve now allows up to 70 characters.
