32155623 - Release Notes not accessible

Before

If the Oracle Empirica Signal instance used an Oracle 12.1.0.2 database, then choosing View Release Notes from the Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon) opened a window with the following message “Release notes not found.”

After

View Release Notes now opens a window with the PDF version of the data period’s Release Notes.
