Browser settings	For Internet Explorer, you must: Check the Print Background Colors and Images checkbox. From the IE File menu, select Print Preview, then click the Gear icon ( ) to display the Page Setup dialog box. Under Internet Options: Set the cache information to check every time you visit the web page. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Settings to open the Website Data Settings dialog box. Enable Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints. On the Security tab, select Custom level to open the Security Settings dialog box. The setting is in the Miscellaneous section. Allow pop-ups for the Oracle Empirica Signal site. On the Privacy tab, select Settings. Make sure the Do not save encrypted pages to disk checkbox is unchecked. On the Advanced tab, this setting is in the Security section.
Tools for downloading data	Any or all of the following tools for downloading data: Adobe Acrobat Reader. Microsoft Excel, for XLS or XLSX. Microsoft Word, for RTF files. SAS System Viewer, for XPT files. Base SAS, for SAS files. A ZIP archive manager.
