Case scoring algorithm

For Argus signal management configurations, Oracle Empirica Signal includes a case scoring algorithm. A case score indicates how well populated a report is for a given product-event combination. Case scores are computed only if the SM_CASE_SCORE table exists in the database user account referenced by the Argus signal management configuration.
