Copy a data configuration

You can create a data configuration by copying an existing data configuration and editing the copy as necessary.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon (Settings icon).
  2. In the Configure System section, click Manage Configurations.
  3. Click the Row Action menu (Row menu) for the configuration, and then click Edit.
  4. Click Copy this Configuration.
  5. In the Name field of the Add Configuration page, supply a unique name for the new data configuration. (The default name is Copy of, followed by the name of the original data configuration).
  6. In the Description field, modify the supplied description as needed to describe the new data configuration.
  7. In the Configuration Table Name field, enter the unique name of the table to hold the new data configuration in the Oracle account to which you are connected.
  8. Click Save.

    Note:

    The type of all copied configurations will be Local.
