Download the Topics or Actions table

You can download the information in the Topics and Actions tables to various types of files.

1. In the left navigation pane, click the Topic Management icon ().
2. Select the Topics or Actions tab.
3. Click the Header Action menu () and then click Download.
4. In the Download popup, type the Base filename. Don't include a file extension.
5. Select the format of the file. For more information, see Download data.
6. In the Limit to field, enter the maximum number of rows to download.

   Note:

   When downloading to a spreadsheet format, the maximum number of rows is 64K.
7. If you want a Zip archive file of the download, select the Create a Zip archive file for download checkbox.
8. Click OK.
9. Open or save the downloaded file.
