Publish a case series

Publication of a case series is a way to make it available to other users. By default, the publication level of every newly created object is Private.

Note:

Users without the Administer Users permission can publish only objects they have created. Users with the Administer Users permission can publish objects that they or any users in their login group created.
  1. In the left navigation pane, hover on the Data Analysis icon (Data Analysis icon), then click Case Series.
  2. Click a case series' Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon) and click Publish.

    Note:

    You can publish a single case series. Although you can print, download, delete, and combine multiple case series, you cannot publish them all at once.
  3. From the Publish to Login Groups drop-down list, select the login groups who may use this case series.
    • If you are a superuser and the object is multi-enterprise support-related, then you can only publish to the object owner’s login group.
    • If you are a superuser and the object is multi-enterprise support-related, you can publish to multiple login groups, including —All–. In the Publish to Login Groups list, select one or hold Ctrl+left click to select more rows.
    • If you publish to —All– and later add a new login group, the object is published automatically to the new login group.
  4. Click Back.
