About topic reports

Predefined Oracle Analytics reports provide information on topics and attachments.

Predefined Oracle Analytics reports are optional topic reports that provide greater detail on topic information. These reports require additional software and are available if your database administrator and IT administrator installed and configured Oracle Analytics and its components. You access the reports in Oracle Analytics from the Header Action menu (Header Action menu icon) on the Topics tab.

The following predefined Oracle Analytics reports are available:

  • Action State Timelines
  • Actions by Status
  • Actions by Topic
  • Attachments in Topics
  • Topic Counts by Work Team/User
  • Topic State Timelines
  • Topics by State
  • Average Duration in Topic State
  • Days in Current Topic State
  • Topic Counts by Topic State
  • Topic Processing Time

If Oracle Analytics is configured to use the RPD model and the report catalog for the Sample GVP Module IX, then the following predefined report is also available:

  • Summary of Safety Signals
