View existing email notification rules

From the Manage Email Notification Rules page, you can view the rules in effect and then edit or delete them.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon (Settings icon).
  2. In the Configure System section, click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.
  3. Click the configuration's Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon), and then click Edit.
  4. On the Edit Topic Workflow Configuration page, click the Email Notifications card.
    Oracle Empirica Signal displays the email notification rules that have been defined for the topic workflow configuration.

    For each rule, You can see the unique system-assigned ID, Rule Name, Notification Reason, Message Subject, Message Text, and who the email will be sent to.

  5. To only view rules pertaining to a specific notification reason, select it from the Notification Reason drop-down list at the top of the page.
