View job details for a signal configuration refresh
If a refresh job fails, you can use the Job Detail page to determine the cause of the failure. The Job Detail page displays the status of a component job in a refresh run, any error messages, and a list of input and output files produced by the selected job.
- In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon ().
- In the Configure System section, click Manage Signal Configurations.
- Click Manage Refreshes.
- Click the Row Action menu () for the refresh, and then click View Jobs for Refresh.
- Click the name of the component job you wish to view.

ID |
Automatically assigned unique ID of the component job. |
Name |
The name of the component job. |
Description |
The text, Part of Run , followed by the run ID. |
Server |
The value, any , appears if the next available listener can perform the job. If multiple listeners are in use, and the refresh is submitted using a definition file, a listener can be specified to perform each job, and the unique ID of the listener appears. |
Created |
Server date and time when the preparation job was created. |
Start Date |
Server date and time when the job was started. |
End Date |
Server date and time when the job ended. |
Runnable |
The value is NO for a job until the preceding job is complete. After the preceding job is complete, the value is YES. |
Completed |
Value is YES or NO, indicating if the job is complete or not. |
Cancelled |
Value is YES or NO, indicating if the job is cancelled or not. |
Status |
The column remains empty until the job has completed or failed. If the job completes successfully, the status is Completed. If the run is canceled when the job is being performed, the status is Cancelled. An error message appears on a red background if the job failed. |
Error |
Value is YES or NO, indicating if the job encountered an error or not. |
Error Msg |
Displays the error message and Error ID if errors occurred. |
Job Parameters |
Displays the settings and configuration ID of the component job settings. If files are listed in the Input and Output files rows, you can click to download them. |
