View a specific action type

You can view the general information for and history of a specific action type.

  1. In the left navigation pane, click the Settings icon (Settings icon).
  2. In the Configure System section, click Manage Topic Workflow Configurations.
  3. Click the configuration's Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon), and then click Edit.
  4. On the Edit Topic Workflow Configuration page, click the Action Types card.
  5. From the Action Types page, click the action type's Row Action menu (Row Action menu icon), and then click View

    The Action Type page includes several links and filters that apply to the page as a whole as well as two information sections:

    • Action Type General Information: Displays the current field values that define the properties of an action type:
      • Status.
      • Visible to work teams.
      • Action type name.
      • Action type description.
      • Color associated with the action type.
      • Topic state that activates the action type.
      • Date fields as offsets expressed in days.
    • History of Action Type General Information: You can sort the information by the columns shown; for example, by status or assignment.
  6. To return to the Manage Action Types page, click the Back link.
