31860092 - If the topic workflow configuration was not specified in Login Group or Preferences, the Site Option topic workflow configuration was used

Before

If your user preferences or login group didn't set the topic workflow configuration, the Topic Management page applied the Site Option topic workflow configuration for work teams custom fields setting, if there was one specified.

After

If no topic workflow configuration is assigned to your login group or specified in user preferences, you are prompted to select a configuration from a drop-down list.
