If you changed the topic workflow configuration associated with a signal management configuration without exiting and logging in again, the topic you next created with Submit Review may have been invalid and associated with the wrong topic workflow configuration.

After

The Submit Review dialog saves to the correct topic workflow configuration without the need to re-login.
