Copying a topic workflow configuration prevents access until copying is complete (26313548)

When you click Save on the Copy Workflow Configuration page, Oracle Empirica Signal disables the buttons and fields on the page and displays a message stating that copying the topic workflow configuration is in progress. The topic workflow configuration is unavailable until the copy is complete.
