Edit Topic and Add Topic windows know which topic workflow configuration they belong to (32461013)

If you edit a topic and then change your topic workflow configuration, if you then select Save in the Edit Topic popup window, the topic will be correctly saved to the original topic workflow configuration that was associated with this popup window.
