Feedback menu goes to Oracle Support and the Send to All Users FeedbackEmail field has been replaced with the FromEmailAddress field in Site Options (29285748)

The Feedback menu option now displays the Oracle Support page. Also, messages sent using Send to All Users now use the FromEmailAddress on the Site Options page as the from address when sending the email.
