Signal History table displays all alerts that have been reviewed (33106343)

All alerts reviewed for the selected product-event combination appear in the Signal History table in the Alerts column. Alerts are not consolidated; each alert icon represents one alert. Alerts from different refreshes appear on different lines. Hovering over the icons displays the full Alert Type name. Clicking the alert type icon displays alert details.
