Instance-Level Expunge Operation

The $expunge operation can be invoked against a single Immunization resource instance, or even an individual version of a Immunization resource instance. If invoked at the instance level , previous versions of the Immunization resource may be deleted (if expungePreviousVersions is set to true) and the current version may be deleted (if the Immunization resource is deleted and expungeDeletedResources is set to true)
