Instance-Level Expunge Operation

oracle-fhir-server/fhir/CarePlan/{id}/$expunge

The $expunge operation can be invoked against a single CarePlan resource instance, or even an individual version of a CarePlan resource instance. If invoked at the instance level , previous versions of the CarePlan resource may be deleted (if expungePreviousVersions is set to true) and the current version may be deleted (if the CarePlan resource is deleted and expungeDeletedResources is set to true).
