Install the Patch

To install the patch, you must first extract the contents of the patch set file and then install it on the middle tier.

Extract the contents of the patch set file (p37379344_HDR_82030_Generic.zip) to a temporary directory <hdr8203_patch_dir>. This extracts the following directories and files:

• Server - Contains the following artifacts for middle tier:
  • Updated oracle-fhir-server.war file to be deployed on the WebLogic server.
  • Updated hdr_fhir.yaml file to be used for Healthcare Data Repository FHIR application.
  • Updated log4j2.properties file to be used for Healthcare Data Repository FHIR application.
• ReadMe_HDR_8_2_0_3.htm - Contains the location of the most current user documentation and another copy of these Release Notes.
