7 FHIR Command-Line Utility
The Healthcare Data Repository FHIR command-line interface (CLI) tool is a standalone command-line tool distributed with Healthcare Data Repository releases that contains a number of commands to ingest terminology data provided by the LOINC and SNOMED organizations.
The current version of the Healthcare Data Repository FHIR command-line interface tool supports LOINC and SNOMED terminology data to be loaded into the Healthcare Data Repository FHIR repository.
The tool is distributed as a ZIP file (hdr-fhir-cli-app.zip), and updated versions are included in the respective Healthcare Data Repository patch sets.
Extract it into a directory where you will keep it, and add this directory to your path.
