Instance-Level Expunge Operation

oracle-fhir-server/fhir/Flag/{id}/$expunge

The $expunge operation can be invoked against a single Flag resource instance, or even an individual version of a Flag resource instance. If invoked at the instance level , previous versions of the Flag resource may be deleted (if expungePreviousVersions is set to true) and the current version may be deleted (if the Flag resource is deleted and expungeDeletedResources is set to true).
