Run the patch script

Before installing the patch, perform the following steps.

  1. Unzip the downloaded OHMPI 5.0.9.5 patch archive (p38715783_50950_Generic.zip) to a temporary directory.
  2. Edit runPatch.bat (Windows) or runPatch.sh (Unix) and set NETBEANS_DIR to the OHMPI 5.0 NetBeans installation directory (for example <ohmpi5.0.9.4_install_dir>/netbeans).
  3. Run the edited runPatch.bat or the runPatch.sh script. The script uses ohmpi-patch.zip to complete the installation.
