Migrate Existing Projects

You can migrate existing OHMPI 4.0.x/5.0.x projects to the OHMPI 5.0.9.8 environment.

To migrate existing OHMPI 4.0.x/5.0.x projects to the OHMPI 5.0.9.8 environment, take the following steps:

1. Perform one of the following:
   • For Master Person Index (MPI): Backup the existing MPI project, open the project, clean, update the project (see Update a Project), generate the Master Index File, and build the project.
   • For IHE Profiles: Backup the existing IHE project, Open the project, Clean IHE and the corresponding MPI project, Update the project (see Update a Project ), Re-generate the Master Index File for MPI Project, and build the project. Then use the generated hl7v2.zip file to configure the HL7v2 Server.
   • For HPD Profiles: Backup the existing HPD Project. For IndProvider and OrgProvider projects, open the projects, clean, update the project (see Update a Project), generate the Master Index File, and build. Then, clean and build the HPD project.
2. Redeploy the Master Person Index, IHE Profile, or HPD project.
