Create a My Oracle Support account
You must register at My Oracle Support to obtain a user name and password account before you can enter the website.
To create an account for My Oracle Support:
- Open a web browser to: https://support.oracle.com
- In Sign in, enter your email address and select Next.
- For a My Oracle Support account, select Create a My Oracle Support Account to open the Create Your Oracle Account page.
- Enter the field information listed. For example, you need to enter your Email Address and Password. You must enter your password twice to confirm it. Complete the remaining fields (Country, Name, Job Title, Work Phone, Company name, and Address details).
- Select Create Account. Use your email and password the next time you need to sign in to My Oracle Support.
