4 Install Oracle Healthcare Translational Research Notebook
Follow the instructions below for setting up and running the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research Notebook solution. The following steps install the Notebook interpreter docker images and start the docker containers. The notebooks that are installed as part of the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research Middle installer work with these interpreters to provide the data for the notebooks to display the contents.
Note:
These steps are only required if using the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research Notebook solution. In fact, if the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research notebook application is not used, the following applications in the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research Middle Tier weblogic is suggested be stopped to free up the memory.

To do so, in the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research Middle Tier Oracle WebLogic Server console, go to Deployments, then click the Control tab. Select these three applications, click on Lock & Edit, then click on Stop > Force stop now. Click on Release Configuration.
