Data security

Notebook users that are not authorized to view PHI/PII records are prevented from retrieving sensitive information for the database as all of the database connections pass through the data access layer.

Note:

After the patient record details are retrieved from the database and cached in the notebook, they are visible to all users that have access to this notebook.
