Internet Explorer, Edge, and the Google Chrome browser on Windows10 touch-screen laptops displays some issues with the Oracle Healthcare Translational Research application such as on the dragging of the attributes and UI elements. There is a patch for WebLogic that can be installed to resolve this issue.
