Grant access to Oracle employees to your resources

A new option, Publish Role to Organization, has been added to the role page in the Oracle Life Sciences IAMS Identity Self Service console. Your roles, and therefore your resources, are only visible within your organization. This option allows you to make a role available to the Oracle organization.

After you publish a role to the Oracle organization, an Oracle administrator can assign the role to the account of an Oracle employee, such as a representative from Oracle Support or an Oracle administrator. That Oracle employee can then access your resource and provide assistance.

Work with Oracle Support to coordinate your request for assistance and to identify the need to publish a role to the Oracle organization.
