Upgrade considerations

• You can perform an in-place upgrade to this release from InForm Adapter 6.2.x or 6.3.
• You can migrate to this release directly from any InForm Adapter 1.3.9 or earlier release, and you can upgrade to this release from any InForm Adapter 6.2.x release.

• The InForm Adapter 6.3.1 software can be used with InForm 6.3.x, it is not backwards compatible with InForm versions less than 6.3.
• If you are upgrading the InForm Adapter software in configurations in which InForm studies have been decommissioned on the InForm server, you must decommission the studies in the InForm Adapter software before you upgrade. For more information, see Register Trial Tool.
