Accessing the form from the Source Verification Listing page

To display the source verification view of a form:

If the Source Verification Listing page is not displayed, do the following:
- In the Navigation pane, click Monitor.
  The Source Verification listing page appears. For more information, see The Source Verification Listing page.
Optionally, filter the list of forms.
Locate the row that represents the form whose data you want to source verify.
In the CRF column, click the abbreviation for the form.
