Reg Docs
The Regulatory Documentation Checklist is a form that enables you to fill in a checklist describing a site’s regulatory documentation. The format of this page, which is an optional feature of the InForm application, is completely customizable for each trial and is created when your trial is set up.
To display the page:
- In the Navigation pane, click Monitor.
- Click the Reg Docs tab.

Site links—To display the Regulatory Documentation Checklist for a specific site, click the underlined site name.
