Form and case book signatures

The InForm application enables trials to be configured so that your signature is attached to a single form, several forms, or an entire case book. For example, a trial could be configured to require a signature on certain key forms for each patient and also to require a signature on the case book for each patient.

When a trial is set up, specific forms are designated as signing CRFs. Additionally, if signing is required for a complete case book, a single form is designated as the signing CRF for the case book.
