Yellow icon—Appears in the far-right column of a form item if a query has been entered against the item and the query is not closed. Click the icon to view or update the query.

Green icon—Appears in the far-right column of a form item if the item has a history of queries.

• For site users, indicates that there are no open queries.
• For sponsor users, indicates that all queries have been resolved.
