Icon	Description
	Located In the far-right column of a form item. Click the icon to clear the data value from the item before you submit the form. Note: If any of the items on the form are marked Hidden or Read-Only during trial design, this icon does not appear. Located on the Data Value(s) page (used to edit data values). Click the icon to clear data from a form item that has previously been submitted.
