An item is not editable or visible

During trial design, items can be marked as editable, read-only or hidden. Whether you can mark an item depends on the rights groups to which you belong. For example:

If you cannot see an item on a form, you might not have rights to view that item.
If you can see an item, but are not allowed to edit, or enter data for it, you might not have rights to edit that item.
If the form is blank or empty, the items and itemsets on the form might all be designated as hidden display override.
