Your signature fails processing

If you enter an incorrect user name or password while signing, try to re-enter your user name and password, just as you would when logging on to the InForm application. You have the same number of tries as you would when you log on; this number is set up for your trial.

If you fail to enter the correct user name and password after the configured number of tries, the InForm application logs you out and inactivates your user account. To be reinstated, you must contact the system administrator for your trial.
