Select the Groups tab.

Click Add Group.

Select Signature from the Group Type drop-down list, and type the group information.

Click Submit, and in the message box, click OK.

Click Return.

Verify that the signature group that you just created is in the list.

Select the Groups tab.

Click Add Group.

Choose Query from the Group Type drop-down list, and enter group information.

Click Submit, and in the message box, click OK.

Click Return.

Verify that the query group just created is in the list.
