  See your Oracle database documentation for the supported versions of the following operating systems for the Oracle database:

• Sun Solaris 10 (64-bit).
• Oracle Enterprise Linux 5.x—Release 5.8 with Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel R2 or higher.
• Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.x—Release 6.5 or higher.
• Oracle Enterprise Linux 7.
• HP-UX 11 PA-RISC (v1 and v2) (64-bit).
• IBM AIX 5L (64-bit).
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS/ES 6.5.

  Note: The InForm 6.3.1.2 Oracle database servers were validated using Oracle Enterprise Linux 7.

Database

Supported Oracle versions:

• Oracle Database Server 12.1.0.2.
• Oracle Database Server 19.14.0.0.

  For details on required components and patchsets, see Oracle database server component and patch requirements for the InForm database server.

  No additional components for the database instance are required.

  For more information on post-upgrade environment settings for Oracle 19.14.0.0, see the Upgrading the database environment section of the Upgrade and Migration Guide.

  Note: The database servers were validated using the Oracle Enterprise Edition 12.1.0.2. and 19.14.0.0.

Note: For on-premises customers Oracle recommends using Oracle Database 19c exclusively for development purposes and only with InForm 6.3.1.2. Live studies in this release should be limited to using Oracle Database 12c.

If Oracle Database 19c is required for live studies, please migrate to InForm 7.0. or above.
