In the section Migrating InForm studies to a new machine, updated the Create the Central Designer study deployment topic to correct the required version of Central Designer as well as to add information for on-prem installations.

In the section Migrating InForm studies to a new machine, under Create the Central Designer study deployment, updated the When migrating form InForm 6.1.0.x or earlier topic to indicate this step is required only when migrating from an InForm 6.1.0.x release or earlier.

In the section Running an in-place upgrade, a topic referring to migrations from InForm 6.1.0.x was removed as you can only run an in-place upgrade from an InForm 6.2.x.x, 6.3, or 6.3.1.x release. For all other releases, you must first migrate to a 6.2.x.x release.
