Version Date

Data type: Date/Time

Description: The date the study version was defined for the study.

Date type: May be specified in study design code. If not, this is a system date.

Description: Text that describes what has changed in the study version. Study version description text is unique to each study version. Often, this field is used to reflect the iteration of a particular study. For example, a 2 in this field may indicate that the study version is the second revision.

Description: Optional notes for the study version entered in the study design code.

Sponsor Approval Date

Data type: Date/Time

Description: The projected date on which the sponsor approved the InForm study version. This date is set by the study designer. It does not necessarily reflect the actual date the study version goes live.
