Query Text |
Data type: String Description: The selected reason or entered text when a query was issued against an item. If the query state is Open, Answered, or Closed, this element returns the text that is associated with the last time the query was opened. If the query is a candidate query, this element returns the text that is associated with the last candidate query. For automatic queries, query text is defined in the rule that triggers the query. Therefore, query text for automatic queries will be consistent. For manual queries, the query text reflects what an InForm user entered when issuing the query. Therefore, query text for manual queries will vary. Access to this data can be restricted in the InForm application. When users who do not have access to this data run a report with this report element, the data is blinded in the resulting report. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database. |
Query Response |
Data type: String Description: The text for the most recent query response. This text is entered when the query is answered. If the query is reopened after it is answered, the resulting column is blank in the report. Access to this data can be restricted in the InForm application. When users who do not have access to this data run a report with this report element, the data is blinded in the resulting report. Query Status |
Data type: String Description: The current status of the query. Valid values are:

Originating User |
Data type: String Description: The user name of the user who first entered the query. If the query has been reissued, this report element returns the user name of the user who reissued the query. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database. |
