Items: Item Status Counts

Items: Item Status Counts return totals of items (relative to the number of subjects) in various states.

Items: Item Status Counts report elements

Report element	Description
Item Count	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items, relative to the subjects participating in the study. How calculated: Counts each item for each subject if it contains (or ever has contained) clinical data. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Empty	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items that currently have no data. How calculated: Counts items for each subject if both of the following are true: The item currently contains no clinical data. The item contained clinical data at one time. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Source Verified	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items with a current status of Verified. How calculated: Counts items that have a current status of Verified. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Marked Incomplete	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items that are currently marked Incomplete. How calculated: Counts items that have comments with an Incomplete Reason of Not Done, Not Applicable, or Unknown. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Deleted	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items that have been deleted in the InForm application. How calculated: Counts items that are add-entry items and have been removed. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Has Item Comment	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items that have had an item-level comment associated with them. How calculated: Counts items that: Have item-level comments (item-level comments are manually entered by user). Are marked Not Done (item-level comments are autogenerated). Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Has Query	Data type: Numeric Description: The total number of items that have at least one associated open query. How calculated: Counts items that have at least one associated open query. Does not count items whose only associated query is a candidate query. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Source Verified Targeted	Data type: Numeric How calculated: Counts items that have been source verified and have been selected for source verification. An item has been selected for source verification if one of the following is true: The item is marked SV Required and SV Critical. The form on which the item exists is on the Critical Forms list. The subject with which the item is associated is part of the SV Pool. The subject with which the item is associated is not part of the SV Pool, but the item is marked critical for that subject. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
