Data from associated forms

Use the report data in the Clinical Data by Associated Form package to create a Query Studio report with associated form data.

You can create a Query Studio report to show the relationship between data on two associated forms. For example, a report can accurately provide data on the adverse events and concomitant medications for a subject. For example, it can accurately illustrate the relationships between:

The subject and each adverse event.
The subject and each medication.
The adverse event and its associated concomitant medication.

Tips:

The associated forms must be repeating.
The forms must be marked as associated in Central Designer.
The report must only contain data from two associated forms.

Note: You cannot create a Query Studio report that contains data from both the Clinical Data by Form folder and the Clinical Data by Associated Form package.
