Choose a clear naming convention for saved reports

You can save a report with data, or without data.

When you run a report that you saved without data, the report is populated with the most current data in the database. When you run a report that you saved with data, the report contains the data from the point in time when you saved the report. To avoid overwriting the saved data, choose a naming convention that allows you to differentiate between the contents of the two reports.

For example, name one report Report1, and name the other report Report1_WithData_<date report was created>.
