Outstanding Queries by Site and Visit

This cross-tab report shows the number of open or answered queries for each visit (columns) and each site (rows). The report displays information only for countries that have sites with outstanding queries.

Use this report to quickly assess how clean current data is relative to visits or subjects.

Column descriptions

Report element	Description
Country	Data type: String Description: The country in which a site is located, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Site Mnemonic	Data type: String Description: An abbreviation that identifies a site, as entered in the InForm Administration interface. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Visit Mnemonic	Data type: String Description: An abbreviation of the visit title, as specified in the study design. For CRF visits, this title appears at the top of a collection of forms in the visit timeline and may not be a unique identifier. Data source: Replicated from the InForm transactional database to the Reporting and Analysis database.
Open query counts by visit	Data type: Numeric Description: For each site and visit, the number of queries with a current status of Open. How calculated: Counts all open queries for each site and visit that are associated with items on any form in the visit. This calculation counts manual, automatic, or both types of open queries, based on your selection for the Query Type filter on the report prompt page. Note that this total includes queries that were opened, answered, and then reissued. Data source: Derived and stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Answered query counts by visit	Data type: Numeric Description: For each site and visit, the number of queries with a current status of Answered. How calculated: Counts all answered queries for each site and visit that are associated with items on any form in the visit. This calculation counts manual, automatic, or both types of answered queries, based on your selection for the Query Type filter on the report prompt page. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Total query counts by visit	Data type: Numeric Description: For each site and visit, the total number of open and answered queries. How calculated: The sum of the values in the Open and Ans'd columns. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Totals - Open query counts by visit	Data type: Numeric Description: For each site, the number of queries with a current status of Open. How calculated: The sum of the values for open queries for all visits at a given site. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
Totals - Answered query counts by visit	Data type: Numeric Description: For each site, the number of queries with a current status of Answered. How calculated: The sum of the values for answered queries for all visits at a given site. Data source: Derived for the report; not stored in the Reporting and Analysis database.
