I didn't delete an item in a dynamic grid section, but the item's data is crossed out
The item might have been deleted on the source form. If you added items to a dynamic grid section on a form using the Select Subject Data button (
), the item data is mapped from a source form such as the Adverse Events form. As a result, if you delete the data on the source form, or you delete the entire source form, the item data is subsequently deleted from the dynamic grid section.
