ODBC connection for the randomization database

To configure an ODBC connection for a randomization data source, do one of the following:

Create the DSN using the Microsoft Windows and ODBC Data Source Administrator.
For more information, see:
1. Creating an ODBC connection using the Windows ODBC Manager.
2. Configuring the study to use the randomization DSN.
Use the pfadmin command to create and configure the DSN.
For more information, see Creating an ODBC connection with the pfadmin utility.

You must create a separate DSN for each study’s randomization database.
